Definitions

1. Nature of Services
1.1 Overview: We offer:

Ad placements (e.g., banners, front-section ads) on our website.
1.2 Compliance: Services are technology facilitators, not manipulating third-party platform systems or APIs. We are not affiliated with third-party platforms.
1.3 Ethical Use: Services and ads must be lawful, non-misleading, and compliant with third-party policies. Illegal, harmful, or exploitative use is prohibited.
1.4 No Restricted Activities: Services/advertising do not involve prohibited categories (e.g., pyramid schemes, social media manipulation).
2. Eligibility and User Obligations
2.1 Eligibility: Users/advertisers must:

Be 18+ or legally authorized under Indian law.

Provide accurate KYC details as required.

Comply with laws, third-party policies, and these T&Cs.
2.2 Responsibilities:

Indemnify us against losses from errors, misuse, or breaches (e.g., fake links, infringing ads).

Notify us of changes affecting service/ad delivery.
2.3 Prohibited Uses: No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, or promotion of prohibited products (e.g., drugs, adult content).
3. Service Execution and Delivery
3.1 Timeframes: Services/ads have estimated delivery times, shown at checkout. Delays due to third-party actions or user errors do not guarantee refunds unless undelivered.
3.2 Non-Cancellable Orders: Processing/initiated services/ads are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except per Section 5.
3.3 Resolution:

For partial delivery or technical issues, submit proof (e.g., screenshots) within 3-7 days via support.

Resolutions include completion, pro-rata refunds, or replacements, at our discretion.
3.4 User Cooperation: Provide correct identifiers/ad content. Non-response to our contact attempts within 48 hours may suspend services/ads without refunds.
3.5 Third-Party Risks: Third-party platforms may suspend accounts for promotional activities. We are not liable.
4. Support and Grievance Redressal
4.1 Standard Support:

4.2 Premium Support: Optional prioritized handling (0–30 minutes) at extra cost.

5. Refund Policy

6. Payment Methods and KYC Compliance

7. Advertise with Us
7.1 Overview: We offer ad placements (e.g., banners, front-section ads, sponsored content) on our website/app to promote lawful products/services.
7.2 Ad Content Requirements:

8. Content Usage and Intellectual Property
8.1 Platform Content: Our text, designs, tools, and processes are proprietary, protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized copying/replication is prohibited.
8.2 User/Advertiser Content: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content (e.g., links, ads) for service/ad execution.
8.3 Prohibited Actions: No reverse-engineering or unauthorized distribution of platform tools/services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection: We collect minimal data (e.g., email, KYC, ad content) for services, payments, and compliance.
9.2 Data Usage: Used only for service delivery, support, analytics, and legal requirements. Not sold or shared except with aggregators/authorities.

10. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
10.1 Arbitration:

12. Force Majeure
No liability for delays/failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., outages, regulatory changes,server issues beyond our control). Users notified with resolutions.
13. International Users
13.1 Compliance: International users handle local laws and export/import regulations. 13.2 Payments: Processed in INR, conversions at bank rates. 13.3 KYC: Additional details (e.g., passport) may be required.
14. Acceptance
