REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Delivered Services
All services provided by SOVATRIX,are non-refundable once delivered, whether instantly or within the specified timeframe such as 0-1 hour start. By placing an order, you agree that payments for delivered services are final.

2. Limited Refunds for Non-Delivery
Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service outlined as per your order confirmation.
To request a refund, submit a written request via email within three days of the expected delivery date and provide evidence of non-delivery such as screenshots etc. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days to the original payment method. No refunds are issued for partially delivered services.

3. No Refunds for Platform Actions or Subjective Dissatisfaction
We do not guarantee the quality, engagement, or retention of services, as these are influenced by third-party platforms.
Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction such as perceived quality or engagement levels, or for actions by social media platforms, including removal services, account restrictions, or algorithm changes. Clients are responsible for ensuring their accounts comply with platform terms of service.

4. Third-Party Costs
Costs incurred through third-party services such as payment processing fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for losses related to third-party actions.

5. Compliance with Indian and International Laws
For clients in India, refunds for non-delivered services comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
For EU clients, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to undelivered services, but by ordering instant or immediate-start services, you consent to waive this right. Refunds are limited to non-delivered services.

6. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOVATRIX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including platform restrictions or business losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for undelivered services.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations Permitted
Due to the instant or near-instant nature of our services such as instant delivery or 0-1 hour start and our priority-based order processing, cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that it is final and cannot be canceled.

2. Non-Delivery Exception
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as per your order confirmation, you may request a refund per the Refund Policy but cannot cancel the order. Refund requests must be submitted within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Third-Party Dependencies
Orders involving third-party platforms are subject to platform availability. We are not liable for delays, removals, or restrictions caused by third-party actions, and such events do not entitle clients to cancel orders.

4. Compliance with Indian and International Laws
For clients in India, this policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and E-commerce Rules, 2020.
